1.Standard working lengths of our machines are 3.5meter, 4.5meter, 5.5meter and 6.5meter. The rapid travelling turret head can move at 60 m/min on the x-axis, and 28 m/min on y-axis and z-axis. High grade precision linear guides and ball screw rods for all 3-axis driven by servo motor guarantee uncompromised precision at high operation speed.

2.The standard pneumatic clamps are fully protected with nylon lining to avoid scratches to the work pieces, it can be easily be customized to suit various profiles.

3.The standard 12 piece dial type quick change tool magazine provide unchallenged rapid tool change, minimizing tool change time and optimizing processing cycle for maximum efficiency.
